Findings cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund on those. Everything you pay for is covered below — including a full refund if a build misses the fourteen-day promise.

Before you pay anything you see your most serious defect in full, with the section of the Act it fails under, and two lesser findings with it. That part costs nothing and creates no obligation. If it is not useful to you, you owe us nothing and you keep what you were shown.
Full refund, no argument. If your documents have not reached you, email thanxai@thanxofficial.com and the payment goes back to the card it came from.
If a finding in your paid rebuild is wrong — a section that doesn't say what we said, an authority that doesn't exist, a defect that isn't one — tell us and we correct it at no charge. If it can't be corrected to your satisfaction, we refund the purchase in full within thirty days.
Within seven days of purchase, and before you have used the rebuilt documents, we refund in full. After that, because the work is produced specifically for your agreement and delivered immediately, refunds are at our discretion — and in practice we would rather refund you than argue.
For automation, callers, video and social builds: if a working build is not in your hands within fourteen days of us agreeing the scope in writing, you don't pay. If you have already paid, you are refunded in full. Scope changes after we start reset the clock, and we will say so at the time rather than afterwards.
