No tracking pixels, no data broking, no list you did not ask to join. Redact the names before you send an agreement if you would rather — the review works exactly the same.

Only what you give us. If you send an agreement, we hold the document and the text we extract from it. If you fill in the enquiry form, we hold your name, business, email, phone and what you wrote. If you buy something, our payment processor holds the payment details — we never see or store your card number.
We use your document to produce your review, and to improve the accuracy of our own checks. We use your contact details to reply to you and to deliver what you bought. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
You are welcome to black out names, addresses and any other identifying detail before sending an agreement. The review works exactly the same on a redacted document, and we would rather you sent less than more.
The services we use to run the review — our automation platform, our database, our language model provider, our email sender and our payment processor. Each is bound by its own terms and processes data on our instructions. Some are located outside Canada, which means your information may be stored or processed in another country and be subject to the laws there.
Reviews and the documents behind them are kept for twelve (12) months from the date of your review — the period over which you may ask us for an updated version as the law changes — and are deleted after that. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, subject to anything we are required by law to keep. The same period is stated in our terms.
Every message we send carries our name, a working reply address and a working unsubscribe — reply NO and you are on the suppression list, which we check before every send. Ask to stop and you stop, permanently, and within ten business days at the outside.
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email thanxai@thanxofficial.com and Richard will deal with it himself.
Describe the job in your own words. You get a straight answer and a price from the person who builds it — or an honest no if it isn't a fit.
